Checkout Information:
The newly reopened Fortress Ticket Office is located in the renovated Barracks Building, just inside the main entrance to the Fortress.
The ticket office opens 30 minutes prior to the start of the current tour.
Before the tour begins, you can enjoy a cup of coffee or hot chocolate, along with a sweet or savory snack, available from the vending machines at the ticket office.
Near the ticket office, you will find renovated restrooms that are accessible to visitors with limited mobility. Additionally, there is a changing table for mothers with small children to change diapers comfortably.
When purchasing a ticket, you can pay by card. To receive a discount on the entrance fee, you can use one of our partner cards: the Wellness Hotel Patince, Podunajsko Card, Platinum City Card. In case you are coming to Komárno arriving by train ZSSK and show your ticket, you can also get a 15% discount.
