The newly reopened Fortress ticket office is located in the renovated Barracks Building, just inside the main entrance to the Fortress.
The ticket office is always open 30 minutes before the current show.
Before the start of the tour, you can refresh yourself with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate or a sweet or savoury snack from the vending machines in the ticket office.
At the ticket office you will also find renovated toilets for visitors, which can be comfortably used by immobile visitors, and mothers with small children will also find a changing counter for changing diapers.
When buying a ticket, you can use a card payment and to apply a discount on the entrance fee you can use one of our partner cards: the Wellness Hotel Patince, Podunajsko Card, Platinum City Card. In case you are coming to Komárno arriving by train ZSSK and show your ticket, you can also get a 15% discount.
