This year, for the fifth time, the non-profit organisation Pro Castello Comaromiensi invites brave teams of chefs to test their skills in a cooking competition of 19th century open-air dishes! In this competition, which will take you on a journey through the world of traditional recipes and campfires, the jury will judge not only the flavours but also the authenticity of the preparation. The competition will take place on Sunday 27 April 2025 at the Old Fortress in Komárom – just before the spectacular battle of 1848/49.
